Financial Operations Analyst

We are seeking a self-motivated, full-time Finance Operations Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client budgets, processing invoices, payroll and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service.

Strong written communication and problem-solving skills are essential as you'll be expected to provide operations and customer support as needed.

5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST

• Manage Accounts payable/receivable, Invoice processing, and client budget management.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt, thorough responses.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer accounting issues.
• Work independently while maintaining clear communication.
• Contribute to continuous improvement.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer support and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior customer support experience is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
